Meet Ronieka Pinkey
Festival of Masks Lead Artist
Ronieka Pinkney is a multidisciplinary artist from the Willowbrook Neighborhood in Los Angeles County who holds a B.A. in Arts Education from Cal State LA. Ronieka has taught Art within LAUSD for 12 years. As an educator, painter, singer, ceramist, and beat producer Ronieka believes that she can make anything beautiful. In addition to her personal artistic practice, Ronieka has been a Festival of Masks Lead Artist for the past 5 years. She has traveled the world seeking diverse experiences to inform her practices and the depth and meaning she imparts to her students.
