Explore Highland Park with local docent Yim Tam

WHEN: Saturday July 7, 2012 9AM – 10:30AM

WHERE: Ave 57 Highland Park Gold Line Stop by the Stone Cooper Tree, which is parallel to the Gold Line on Marmion Way between Ave 57 and Ave 58.

COST: The tour costs $10

Yim’s second summer tour of the area will expose participants to the rich history of art that Highland Park has to offer. Tour-goers will explore the history of this main business district, with an emphasis on the art of yesterday and today. This tour will meet at the Ave 57 Highland Park Gold Line Stop by the Stone Cooper Tree. Yim’s tour is about 1.5 to 2 miles long, and participants will be walking mostly on concrete surfaces, with little elevation change.
